The worst EOR score I’ve had was ER and all the questions I missed were ortho, I knew going in I was terrible at ortho. But all in all I was prepared for the exam. Rosh isn’t really meant to teach you what you should’ve learned in didactic, but rather show you where your gaps are and prepare you for answering test questions. I took the PANCE in May of this year. My EOR scores ranged from 80-97% and I passed the PANCE very easily. Technically my PANCE score percentage-wise was higher than half of my EORs. If you were getting higher than 70% on your EORs then I wouldn't worry at all. Took it a couple weeks ago. My EOR grades avg about 85-88.

Scores above 2-2.5 std deviation below the mean pass.
