I applied to Biolife via Indeed. It took a while to get an interview (a few weeks) and once I did they made clear that the center would open a few months from then. (Applied in February, began working in April, and new center opened in June) I was hired, trained for 7 weeks at another center, and was part of the opening staff for the new center..
